Hialeah is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Hialeah follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great environment. Love the desserts from here. The platters of different sweets are my favorite. Also the tartaletas! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ itโ€™s a must

I had a wonderful experience at CAO Bakery! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of authentic Cuban flavor. From the pastries to the coffee, everything was made to perfection. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. The bakery was clean, well-organized, and had a great atmosphere. Whether youโ€™re stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or just a sweet treat, CAO Bakery never disappoints. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

Two things need improvement. First, the customer service. The younger employees working the counter were not welcoming at all. No greeting, no thank you, no smileโ€”just an overall indifferent attitude that made me feel like my business was not appreciated. Good service and friendliness go a long way, and unfortunately that was missing during my visit. Second, the pan con bistec needs work. The steak tasted like a very thin palomilla that was put on the grill with little seasoning. It lacked flavor and juiciness. Traditional Cuban-style steak is usually well seasoned and much more flavorful. On the positive side, the restaurant was extremely clean. The older ladies working there were friendly, welcoming, and smiling. The Cuban sandwich was delicious, and you can tell they use quality pork that is properly seasoned. If the service had been friendlier, I would have easily given this place 4 stars. I hope management focuses on customer service because the food and cleanliness show that the restaurant has a lot of potential.

I usually order from them once or twice a week and the food is good but today was such a different experience. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE. It seems like they cooked my egg with a little friend inside. DISGUSTING X 10. Iโ€™ll never order from here again.

As someone visiting from out of town, I had an amazing experience at Cuban American Original. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was genuine and welcoming. The staff made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their customer service was outstandingโ€”friendly, attentive, and truly caring. You can tell they take pride in creating a great experience for every guest. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. If youโ€™re in town and looking for authentic flavors with exceptional service, I highly recommend Cuban American Original. Alex was very nice and polite as he recommended different things. That are popular and tasty for me. Iโ€™m from Mobile Alabama and recommend this spot CAO IS A HIT!
